Breath Work In-Person
Ready to Reset?! Join us for a 3-Part Breathwork Series that will blend breathwork techniques and gentle movement practices to help ease your mind of stress, anxiety,
and overwhelm, while recharging your body. In our final session, you’ll be guided through a deeper breathwork meditation-perfect for letting go of tension and making
space for more peace. There are many health benefits to breathwork including stress relief, increased joy, improved energy and focus, and personal empowerment and
awareness.
No pressure, no experience needed. Bring your breath and a yoga mat is recommended, but not necessary!
Jefferson County Library and Little House of Neurodiversity present Audrey Cook, a certified Breathwork Facilitator and Licensed Massage Therapist, as she leads both an informational and instructional session on the art of breath work.
