Adventures at the Museum: Learning About Civil War History | History In Your Backyard In-Person
Museums play an important role in preserving historical artifacts and helping people learn about the past. In this program, Historian and Curator Nick Sacco (National Park Service) will talk about his work at Ulysses S. Grant National Historic Site in South St. Louis County. He'll discuss the more than 700 artifacts connected to General and President Ulysses S. Grant in the park's collection and share some of those artifacts with students during the program.
